Verify Your O-Level Subject Requirements For Admission Screening Here

We pointed out in an earlier publication, what you need for a successful admission screening.

One of the critical things you need to do is to verify if you have the right O-level requirements for your course of study.

Now, we would like to take it further by actually helping candidates to verify if they have the right O-level requirements for their chosen course.

So if you want an admin to help you out in verifying the required O-level subjects for your chosen course of study, you can indicate using the comment box by stating your course and school of choice.

For those who would like to do it themselves, follow the guidelines below to do that;

If you are currently using an android phone or device, click here
i. On the page that opens, click on “install” (you can continue reading the instructions below while the installation is in progress. This may take a few seconds)

ii. After the installation, open the app and click on the “JAMB Brochure” button

iii. Click on your Faculty (It is expected that you should know the Faculty your course falls under), this will open a list of courses available in that faculty. If your course is not on the list, go back and click on a related faculty to check for your course of study.

iv. Click on your course of choice and wait for the page to load. Once it loads, scroll down to the section that indicates “O-level Requirements” and read through to determine the subject you must obtain credit passes to qualify for admission in your course of study.

For non-android phones/Computer Systems, Access the online JAMB brochure and follow steps iii – iv as described above.

Universities and their Catchment Areas for JAMB Candidates

This system is a way of recognizing natives of a locality where a school resides. This is one of the reasons why all Nigeria states have at least a University so as to main equality in access to education. Nevertheless; excellence is not sacrifice on the basis of where you come from, catchment sometimes helps and serves as tie-breaker. Students who have analyzed their strengths knowing well they cannot compete strongly with others are advised to seek admission in Schools where their states of origin is a catchment. NOTE: pay attention to this, because I did'nt get to know about this, until now. And uniben just gave me admission to study another course instead of pharmacy, with an aggregate score of 63{i'm from Anambra}, and two of my friends whose aggregate scores were 61{one is from Edo state the other from Delta state} were given pharmacy. It pained me so much, and I felt like I was cheated, until I came across this and decided 2 share 1 Ahmadu Bello University: Kaduna Adamawa , Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Gombe, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Katsina, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Nasarawa, Yobe, Zamfara, Taraba 2 ATBU: Bauchi Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe 3 BAYERO Kano Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara 4 FUTA Ondo Ekiti, Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ondo 5 FUTMinna: Minna Niger, Benue, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Zamfara 6 FUTO: Imo Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Imo, Enugu 7 FUT Yola:Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe 8 OAU: Osun Ekiti, Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ondo 9 UDU: Sokoto Jigawa, Kwara, Kebbi, Katsina, Kano, Kano, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Niger, Sokoto, Zamfara 10 UNN: Enugu Abia, Anambra, Bayelsa, Cross-River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu, Imo, Rivers 11 UNIBEN: Edo Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-River, Delta, Edo, Rivers 12 UNICAL: Cross-Rivers Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-River, Delta, Edo, Rivers 13 UNIJOS: Plateau Benue, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plareau 14 UNILAG: Lagos Ekiti, Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ondo, Ogun 15 UNILORIN: Ilorin Benue, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Plareau, Sokoto, Zamfara 16 UNIMAID: Borno Adamawa, Borno. Exclusive Review Of The TECNO Camon C9 Eye Scanner

The TECNO Camon C9 is the latest and un arguably the most beautiful camera phone in the brands history. Among its awesome speculations are 13 Megapixel front and back camera, dual flash, eye scanner, T-Band, etc.

The 5.5 inch IPS display device features a 2GB of RAM, which is pretty decent at multitasking. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and has a 3000MAH battery. However, the eye scanner on the device is the purpose of this review.

In a bid to improve the security provided by the device, the eye scanner was built. I have heard and read lots of reviews about it, then I decided to test if it is merely a gimmick or a perfectly good idea.
Exclusive Review Of The TECNO Camon C9 Eye Scanner
The eye scanner is located in the ‘security and management’ section of the settings on the device. It is termed ‘Eyeprint Verification’. On opening it, you will be asked to input your password for identification; and passwords can only be four digits.
Exclusive Review Of The TECNO Camon C9 Eye Scanner
Immediately you are identified, the eyeprint manager is launched, and by clicking it, this is seen;
Exclusive Review Of The TECNO Camon C9 Eye Scanner
You are told to re-register or delete eye print, after which the method of the eyeprint verification is revealed. On launching it, you will be told to register it in a well-lit and stable environment, face smartphone directly and place eye within frame. However, the distance between the face and mobile is 30cm the use of glasses is not recommended.

Necessary Requirements For A Successful Admission Screening

Many candidates have been asking questions on the kind of preparations they need ahead of their institutions' admission screening exercise.

Like you already know, the screening as stipulated by JAMB will involve the verification of your documents and physical examination of the candidates.

As we have always done, we would like to use this medium to bring you up to speed concerning what is expected of you in preparation towards the screening exercise of your institution.

For the sake of clarity and emphasis, I would like to present them as bullet points.

1. Get Your O-level Results Ready: Candidates are expected to present copies of their O-level Certificates or Statement of Results obtained in not more than two sittings.

Another thing you should know is that if it is up to four years you sat for your O-level examination, your institution will likely require you to present the Original Certificate of the O-level examination instead of statement of results because it is expected that your Original Certificate should be ready after four years.

Therefore, if you sat for your O-level examination four years ago and beyond, it is advisable to go get your O-level Certificate(s) ready before the screening exercise of your institution. For those, whose O-level certificates are not yet available, they can present their statement of result. For such candidates, they may need to provide result checking scratch card (NECO, WAEC, NABTEB, as applicable).

For candidates still waiting for the release of their results, you can go for the screening with your O-level registration slip.

Concerning the combination of results, candidates can combine results even if it is from different examination bodies e.g WAEC and NECO. However, your institution may not allow you to combine NABTEB results with WAEC or NECO results.

2. Determine If You Have the Right Subjects For Your Course of Study: To study your course of study in any institution, you are required to have a minimum of 5 credit passes in the relevant O-level subjects. Many candidates are not sure if their O-level subjects tally with the course they intend to study. Each course of study has specific subjects a candidates must credit before he/she qualifies for admission in that particular course. To determine if you possess the relevant subjects for your course of study, follow the steps below;

3. Other documents you need To present: In addition to your O-level results, you are to present other documents which may include;

i. Birth Certificate or Affidavit of Age Declaration
ii. JAMB Original Result Slip. If you do not have this document, click here to get yours
iii. Screening Registration Slip (for those that registered online)
iv. Local Government of Origin (this can be obtained at your LGA Secretariat)

4. Physical examination: JAMB disclosed that candidates will equally be examined based on appearance to know if they are cultists or "future cultists". That sounds funny. I wonder how you can tell who is a cultist or who would

AIRTEL LAUNCHES NEW NIGHT PLAN N25 FOR 500MB AND N50 FOR 1.5GB

Airtel has silently launched another Night plan after discontinuing the former night plan which gives N100 for1hour, N200 for 2hours.

They have discontinued the Night plan due to reasons known to them. And now they have launched another exciting night plan which is not timely based as the 1hr or 2hrs plan. This new Airtel night plan is cheaper than the former night plan. With just N25, you get 500mb and with only N50,you get 1.5GB.

This data can only be used on 12am in the midnight to 5am in the morning. Airtel network is fast in almost all locations and this night doesn't need any kind of tweaking or using any VPN app before it will work.

You must migrate to Airtel SmartTribe Tariff Plan before your SIM will be eligible for the night plan.

Although, SmartTribe Tariff plan offers a flat call rate of 11k/s calls charges for all national networks (N6.60K/min).

Which is absolutely cheap.

How Can I Migrate To Airtel SmartTrybe Tariff Plan?Simply dial*312#then reply with1How To Subscribe To Airtel N50 For 1. 5GB And N25 For 500MB Night PlanKindly Dial*312*3#*ORDial*312

This new Airtel night data plan probably doesn't have Auto renew feature.

Anyway i will update this postif it has auto renew feature.

the one in the screenshot below.

-once it is done adding, click on refresh to
refresh the page, just like the on in the
screenshot below and you are done.

-continue this process for all accounts that you
have within your reach, so many people go as far
as hacking account through facebook phishing
method, though i am not in support of that

NB ;you can only add a minimum of 700
facebook accounts to the group daily and
also the code only add accounts with 1500
friends, anything above that, you get an
error and that account won't be allowed to
add friends anymore .
if you also have any question whatsoever regarding
this, pls do use the comment form below and i will
be with you shortly

<h1>SEE THE REASON WHY GLO 0.0 ISN'T WOR

Some followers of this blog naijabazeng complained that the Glo 0.00 unlimited browsing tweak isn't working fot them because of one thing or the other. Glo 0.00 unlimited browsing tweak is still blazing hard right now. Today, i will be telling you the cause of why Glo 0.00 unlimited browsing isn't working for you.

WHY IS MY GLO 0.00 UNLIMITED BROWSING TWEAK NOT CONNECTING?

The number one reason why Glo 0.00 is not working for you is because, you are not on "Pay As You Go". This package allows you use your money to browse instead of data. So with this, you can easily empty your Glo line to N0.00. Some complaint has reached me about how to exhaust Glo balance that looks like N0.09, with this package, you can easily exhaust the useless kobo and flex your Glo 0.00 unlimited browsing.

<img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiG6bv37oDvBZTC8gOWovxYD4mQAEeL7rYybGASB8ZQk1IXOYk4ZueljeBmBV7t2jqRvC-1cTGhPkv1tQnMCLJdmLxeAIgJc9dpIqmDYhqKGsZnYA3xa1E-CSuVqnnnm_uqCX55G4yD11A/s1600/glo+unlimited+browsing.png" />

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO GLO PAY ASYOU GO?

FIRST METHOD:

Inorder to exhaust that useless kobo remaining on your Glo line, kindly opt in to PayAsUGo by textingPayUto127. After opting in for this package, kindly browse to exhaust the kobo. Then launch your psiphon vpn and connect.

SECOND METHOD

Launch your browser and visithsi.glo.com -choosecontinue payuwhichmeans you are using your money to browse. Then try to open a website or a page to wipe the money. Note that, whenever you subscribe to a data, it automatically opts you out from PayU.After doing that, check your account balance and it should be exactly N0.00.After doing all what i instructed above, kindlyGO HEREfor complete Psiphon settings for Glo unlimited browsing with N0.00.Though it disconnects frequently and reconnects automatically which is very annoying. Kindly hold on, i will keep you guys updated immediately i have a way to prevent it from disconnecting. If you have any problem or confused about this setting, kindly comment below

Understand this point now;
By these guidelines as stated above by JAMB, all
university aspirants should bear in mind that ONLY
JAMB can forward your name to your school for
Admission consideration.
You won't write any exam of any kind..

If JAMB forwards your name to your school of
choice, Your school of choice will screen you
accordingly ; WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results, and if
you succeed, you'll be admitted.

If you're not admitted on merit, there may be
another chance for supplementary and if eventually
you're not admitted on merit or first list, you may
see yourself in another department.

According to what JAMB stated above, the list of
candidates for admission consideration are almost
ready. I'm writing according to what is written or
stated by JAMB.

The Way JAMB Should Conduct Admission Exercise Into Tertiary Institutions

I came across this interesting piece on one of the popular forums and think it will be of interest to Myschoolers. Please read and share your opinion; "It’s really sad that after 38 years of setting up the Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB), she’s still on the quest to getting it right. It hurts when I see bright minds deprived of the opportunity to further their education largely due to the incompetence of the examination body. A question always pop into my mind: “Can’t we just scrap this system?” Here is my view of what I feel should be the way forward JAMB really needs to look beyond conducting examination. She should serve more as a portal that connects the students with the tertiary institutions. What do I mean by this, students should only register through JAMB having meet up with the requirements laid down by the body and their credentials should be forwarded to the institutions for the admission process The system should be done in such a way that a candidate can only choose a max. of 5 institutions. The payment method should also be a factor of the number of schools chose. The minimum could be 2 institution costing N4,000 flat. An addition of extra school determines how much you eventually pay. E.g. For every extra school pick, you pay an addition of 1,000 to the 4,000 flat. Access the website, fill up the number of institutions interested, print out the transcript, go to the nearest bank to pay, collect your pin and finally logon to begin your application. This will reduce the cost of printing scratch card which does not even sale for the exact amount in some part of the country. Some agents go the length of adding extra N300 before purchasing the card from them. Once the application is closed for the year, JAMB should then sit down and process the various entries. A centralized timetable will then be designed for the conduct of the exam. Candidate who chose UI and other schools for example might take the other school’s (UniZik, FUTMINNA, IMSU and AAUA) exam first before taking that of UI’s depending on the calendar drafted. If a candidate who chose UNIBEN logon for the exam, he would be redirected to UNIBEN’s question which was set by the school herself. This means JAMB technically have no question but serve as a middleman between the school and the candidate. This is where University standard come in to play. OAU’s questions might be more challenging compared to University of Uyo and students who wishes to attend OAU have to prepare very well. After the examination, either the school/JAMB can mark (objectives) depending on the agreement reached and the result is then forwarded to the institutions. The result will then determine the cut-off mark to be used by the institution. If for example, a candidate made it in to 3 of the 5 schools selected, he has the period of a month to accept just one of it creating vacuum for another potential candidate at the school he rejected. This will balance the population across the institutions in Nigeria." I think this is really cool. What do you think about his idea?

Method to Fix Airtel Bis of 3GB Subscription Not Working on Android Device

<img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj06dVmh5x2ZBgYQeZFeHPDAGZf5oarezznZdAw_ncGU0gHDRSglEXA0bh2h3Wq2EJk8uDgboTAxWXll961ZmTVPrt9X0yARKJv_6iBhwKwof3bdWQ1rcMaE_UYpHj_AzstQkyGFfWLqhA/s320/airtel-logo.png" />

Air tel Bis of 3GB tweak that is no
longer working on most Android devices,
deeply sorry for getting back to you lately,
since I have being seen the complaints I had
started working underground to know what
exactly wrong to it, in order to know how to
overcome the problem.
The tweak is still working perfectly for some
guys while it was refuse to work for other
people, despite the fact that their Android
IMEI was changed to BB10 IMEI.
We had discovered what exactly wrong with
it, the issue is from Airtel 2G network data
bundle. Those who subscribed to the Airtel
2GB for N200 or  6GB for N500 are
majorly the one facing this Bis issue.
If you subscribed for Airtel 2G network data
plan before, you may not be able to use the
Airtel Bis on your Android device with that
same Airtel sim except you totally
deactivate.
To deactivate Airtel 2G network data plan
Simply dial *482# and select the last option
or follow the on-screen instruction.
I learned that some have even deactivate,
but your Airtel bis subscription still refused
to work. In that case, I’ll advise you to get
another Airtel sim, if possible. Not only BB10
IMEI are working with the plan, you can as
well change your device IMEI to BBQ5 IMEI
with Airtel BIS subscription.
No dulling guys, don't allow your 3GB to
waste just like that, make sure you
completely opt out of that Airtel 2GB for
N200 or 6GB for N500 an if possible use
BBQ5 IMEI. I'm waiting for your testimony,
if the method solved your problem.

JAMB Releases Guidelines for University Admission (Federal, state and Private)

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Monday announced its guidelines for admission process.

Its announcement through its website followed a week long meeting with universities and other tertiary institutions in the country.

According to the board, the modalities would be based on point system.

The board, which explained   how the admission process would work for JAMB candidates and direct-entry applicants, also stated that varsities would collect screening fees from candidates at the end of admission process.

According to the board, the new method uses a point system, which is divided into other processes, that is easy to understand.

“Before a candidate can be considered for screening, he/she must have been given provisional admission by JAMB. The JAMB admission checker portal is going to be opened soon for this process, so praying is all you can do now,” the statement on JAMB’s website said.

The second process, the board said, was the point system where admission would depend on the point tally of the candidate.

It said: “JAMB’s provisional admission no longer makes much sense this year, your points tally will decide your faith.

“The points are evenly spread out between your O’level and JAMB results to provide a level playing field for all.

“In the first case, any candidate who submits only one result which contains his/her relevant subjects already has 10 points, the exam could be NECO, WAEC, GCE etc, but any candidate who has two sittings only gets two points. So, this means that aspirants with only one result are at an advantage but only just.”

The board explained that the next point grades fell into the O’level grades where each grade has it’s equivalent point;  A6 marks, B4 marks, C3 marks. So, the better the candidate’s grades, the better his/her  chances of securing admission this year.

The next point is the UTME scores where each score range has its equivalent point which can be summarised thus: 180 – 200 (or 20 – 23 marks); 200 – 250 (or 24 – 33 points); 251 – 300 (or 34 – 43); 300 – 400 (or 44 – 60 points).

Giving a breakdown, JAMB explained that each categories contains five JAMB results per point added.

For instance, a candidate with 180 – 185 gets 20 points, a candidate with 186 – 190 gets 21 points, adding that the point system for direct entry will be released soon.

The board stated that fees would still be charged for screening which has replaced the Post UTME.

“It then comes down to the fact that fees will still be charged for screening, it depends on the school as well,” the statement said.

It also disclosed that catchment and ELDS will still be used!

“Merit contains 45 per cent of the total candidates for a particular course, catchment contains 35 per cent and ELDS and staff lists contains the rest.

“Cut off marks will be released by schools this year in the form of points and not marks. If a school declares it’s cut-off mark for Medicine as 90 points and JAMB grants a candidate with 250 a provisional admission but his/her total points falls short of the 90 points, then he/she will lose the admission. So, the provisional admission is just a means to an end, not the end in itself,” the statement added.

ASUU Attacks JAMB Over New Admission Model

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), University of Ibadan chapter, has faulted the guidelines released by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for admission of candidates into Nigerian tertiary institutions stating that JAMB acted beyond its powers.

According to the union, the Senate of Nigerian Universities has the mandate to regulate admission modalities as each university has standards which are not subjected to the whims and caprices of any government appointee.

Speaking, the Chairman of the union, Dr. Deji Omole, said both the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, and JAMB Registrar, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, first got it wrong by going against the administrative charges collected by institutions for post-UTME and later reversed their stand in their guidelines which he described as illegal and designed to favour children of the rich against the poor.

He mentioned that the point-based scoring system in the guidelines is not new as it has been used in UI 5 years ago and abandoned.

He equally stated that JAMB is only trying to cover up their inadequacies as its credibility is yearly queried. He pointed out that last year candidates were pushed to private universities against their will and this year JAMB awarded 40 marks to some candidates without justification.

He further mentioned that with the stipulation on the current guidelines many candidates will be disadvantaged and JAMB would have succeeded in entrenching corruption and further kill tertiary education in the country.

JAMB Catchment Areas And ELPS For 2016/2017 Admission

This system is a way of recognizing natives of a locality where a school resides. This is one of the reasons why all Nigeria states have at least a University so as to main equality in access to education. Nevertheless; excellence is not sacrifice on the basis of where you come from, catchment sometimes helps and serves as tie-breaker. Students who have analyzed their strengths knowing well they cannot compete strongly with others are advised to seek admission in Schools where their states of origin is a catchment. 1 Ahmadu Bello University: Kaduna Adamawa , Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Gombe, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Katsina, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Nasarawa, Yobe, Zamfara, Taraba 2 ATBU: Bauchi Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe 3 BAYERO Kano Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara 4 FUTA Ondo Ekiti, Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ondo 5 FUTMinna: Minna Niger, Benue, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Zamfara 6 FUTO: Imo Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Imo, Enugu 7 FUT Yola:Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe 8 OAU: Osun Ekiti, Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ondo 9 UDU: Sokoto Jigawa, Kwara, Kebbi, Katsina, Kano, Kano, Kaduna, Nasarawa, Niger, Sokoto, Zamfara 10 UNN: Enugu Abia, Anambra, Bayelsa, Cross-River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu, Imo, Rivers 11 UNIBEN: Edo Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-River, Delta, Edo, Rivers 12 UNICAL: Cross-Rivers Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-River, Delta, Edo, Rivers 13 UNIJOS: Plateau Benue, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plareau 14 UNILAG: Lagos Ekiti, Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ondo, Ogun 15 UNILORIN: Ilorin Benue, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Plareau, Sokoto, Zamfara 16 UNIMAID: Borno Adamawa, Borno. SEE How to Calculate Points as JAMB Adopts “Point System” Option for 2016 Admissions

SEE How to Calculate Points as JAMB Adopts “Point System” Option for 2016 Admissions Posted by: DEALEH in Education Gist July 5, 2016 32 JAMB-UTME The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced the release of its guidelines for the 2016 admissions’ process. The method, described as the point system option, was adopted after an extensive one-week meeting JAMB had with universities and other tertiary institutions’ administrators in the country. According to the guidelines contained in a statement placed on its website on Monday night, JAMB said that the modalities were going to be based on point system. While explaining how the admission process would work for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination candidates and direct entry students, the organisation stated that universities were going to charge fees for screening of candidates at the end of the process for admission. According to JAMB, the new method uses a point system to offer provisional admission to candidates. “Before a candidate can be considered for screening, he/she must have been offered a provisional admission by JAMB. The JAMB admission checker portal is going to be opened soon for this process, so praying is all you can do now,” JAMB said. The second process, it said, was the point system where admission would depend on the point tally of the candidate. The statement said, “JAMB’s provisional admission no longer makes much sense this year, your points tally will decide your faith. The points are evenly spread out between your O’ Level and JAMB results to provide a level-playing field for all. “In the first case, any candidate who submits only one result which contains his/her relevant subjects already has 10 points. The exam could be NECO, WASSCE, November/December WASSCE etc, but any candidate who has two sittings only gets 2 points. So this means that candidates with only one result are at an advantage but only just.” The organisation added that the “next point grades fell into the O’ Level grades where each grade would have it equivalent point; A=6 marks, B=4 marks, C=3 marks, so the better the candidates’ grades, the better his or her chances of securing admission this year. “The next point is the UTME scores where each score range has its equivalent point which can be summarised thus, 180-200=20-23 marks, 200-250=24-33 points, 251-300=34-43, 300-400=44-60 points,” JAMB explained. Giving a breakdown, JAMB explained that each category would contain five JAMB results per point added. For example a candidate with 180-185 gets 20 points, while a candidate with 186-190 gets 21 points. JAMB added that the point system for direct entry would be released soon. JAMB stated that fees would still be charged for screening which would replace the Post UTME test. JAMB also emphasised that catchment and educationally less-developed state would still be used for admission into the nation’s tertiary institutions. JAMB said, “Merit contains 45 per cent of the total candidates for a particular course, Catchment contains 35 per cent and ELDS and staff lists contains the rest. Cut off marks will be released by the institutions this year in the form of points and not marks. “If a school declares its cut off mark for Medicine as 90 points and JAMB grants a candidate with 250 a provisional admission but his/her total points falls short of the 90 points, then he/she will lose the admission. So the provisional admission is just a means to an end, not the end in itself.”
